Dot Warner (full name claimed to be Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca Banana Fanna Bo Besca the Third), is the only girl of the Warner kids and the little sister of Yakko and Wakko from the show, Anamaniacs. She wears a flower between her ears, a pink skirt and frilly pink or white panties. She is said to be the cutest character on the show.
